Acupuncture is achieved by inserting very thin(as fine as human hair), sterilized, single-use
stainless steel needles into specific acupuncture points along the pathways on our body

of calmness and some fall asleep during treatment.
Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine (TCM) is often beneficial to use in addition to having Acupuncture treatments. Both interventions complement each other and can result in positive long term improvements in health. All our Herbs are supplied by a medical company which is the official supplier to the NHS in the UK. The Herbs are produced using state of art ‘Spray Dried’ technology. This form of concentrated, soluble granules is ideal for easy intake and convenient usage without compromising on the quality. Each of the herbs is fully traceable to its original source and is provided with a full certificate of analysis.

Cupping is done by heating the inside of each cup, typically with an alcohol soaked cotton ball that is set aflame. The heat sends oxygen out of the cup and creates a minor vacuum. The cups will then be placed onto the skin quickly in order to draw the blood and Qi 气 circulation into the treated area to stimulate the natural healing process. People get cupping done for many purposes, including pain and tension relief, inflammation, relaxation and well-being.
Moxibustion involves burning a cone or stick of Moxa, made of ground mugwort leaves on or near the body's acupuncture points or meridians. The resulting aroma and heat stimulate the flow of blood and Qi 气 to the treated area. As a result it can help with a range of health issues, such as chronic pain, digestive disorder or infertility.
